Streets of Rage 3

Streets of Rage 3 continues the story of the vigilante heroes of Streets of Rage 2 as they face a new and more sinister threat. A corrupt crime syndicate has orchestrated a plot to seize control of the city through robotic doppelgangers and a hidden conspiracy. Early in the game the heroes fight against evil twins of themselves, revealing a scheme involving an artificial intelligence and a brainwashed government. Players can choose from returning heroes as well as new characters including Dr. Zan, a cyborg, and a mysterious fighter, each with unique abilities. The story escalates to reveal a secret military operation and a rogue robot uprising that threatens more than just the city streets. With faster pacing, expanded moves, and multiple endings depending on player performance, Streets of Rage 3 delivers a darker, more complex conclusion to the trilogy's narrative while retaining its signature beat-em-up action.
